During the forum participants learn from international and Lithuania’s experts, business practitioners, discuss and participate in workshops – the best way to share and receive knowledge how to empower people for greater performance excellence.

The forum is dedicated for CEOs, middle level managers and Lean, business excellence, process effectiveness leaders.
