The implementation of the Lean system consists of three stages: performance evaluation, training and education, and implementation and coordination.

The performance evaluation identifies the current situation in the organisation as well as how it can change and what specific benefits it can achieve. The long-term implementation of Lean starts with a performance evaluation.

During the stage of training and education, employees are certified and they are able to communicate knowledge to their colleagues. After a year of intensive work, the external consultant plays only an episodic role.

To ensure the implementation of Lean as planned, projects are continuously monitored and coordinated and the management is constantly being updated on the progress.
